Clean facilities and well maintained. It is significantly more expensive than other nearby options. Also, the gate cannot be opened after 10pm, which can be very inconvenient.

You couldn't ask for a cleaner nicer place to store your stuff the staff are always very nice and humble you just can't beat it I've been storing my stuff almost a year and I would have not have had a better experience I'm appreciative for them

I was so impressed with Rocket Storage’s clean and inviting units placed in Oldham county that I moved from a unit in Louisville...a vast improvement all around . Ryan was so personable and helpful during set-up that I decided to also use a Penske truck rental through them to move my belongings. This is a company that appears to care about the Oldham community from the lovely mural painted on one of their units, to the horse statues grazing out front. You can’t beat their rates or easy access location. Rocket Storage is a winner. They’ve earned my five star rating.

I’ve recently sold my home in Oldham co and had researched climate control storage that were locally available! Luckily I found Rocket storage! I called, talked to Ryan and was relieved to find the size and the timeframe that I needed available! Upscale Facility including excellent customer service will help simplify my move!

I rented a 10' x 15' humidity controlled unit for about 4 months while moving house. The facilities are very clean and brightly lit, and the extended access hours make life easier, even when there's no-one in the office (ie; Sunday and evening), plus having trollies and dollies on hand helps with loading and unloading. Ryan was very helpful and made the experience simple and pleasant. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a storage unit.

Rocket Storage is great. Angelina made getting a unit easy and affordable. The units are much cleaner than anywhere else in Oldham Co. Easy in and out of the gated outdoor units. My experience was wonderful.

I recently moved my belongings from a storage unit in Crestwood to Rocket Storage in Buckner. In addition to the substantial economic value and savings, Rocket Storage offers superior storage space with secure amenities that are unparalleled. The rental process was simple and, unlike most storage facilities, there is a dedicated team of people who are accessible and eager to help. This is, hands down, the best storage facility in the area and I would highly recommend Rocket Storage to anyone with storage needs.

First time renting a storage unit and I am more than pleased! The staff are friendly and accommodating and the building is very well maintained. The units are clean and spacious as well as easy to move items in and out. I feel comfortable leaving my items at Rocket Storage - especially with the security of the building and climate control. They definitely make moving easier.

My husband and I began shopping around for climate controlled storage and had intended on looking at three different places. But after going to Rocket Storage, (our first stop) the cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff made our choice for us. We also love the fact that they have dollies and carts on site to help with an easy move!

Rocket Storage is, hands down, the best storage facility I have ever used. The facility is clean, top-quality, and the staff is professional. With the security they have in place to the drive-thru capabilities, I couldn't find a better place to ensure my stuff! I came in knowing I wanted to rent 1 of 2 sizes, but I wanted to see with my own eyes the spaces. I asked to see them 2 times each and was met with an answer of not a problem. Very courteous and helpful. We got our space and keys that day and started moving stuff in that afternoon. Very happy with our space!

Customer Service was outstanding by meeting all our needs. The store agent went out of her way to explain everything in detail as well as get us the best deal possible. We now have two storage units. The facility is kept clean and is well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to all my friends

This is for the climate controlled units- Firstly, staff was friendly and professional. They make sure you've got everything you need and will even show you to your new storage. The place is CLEAN! Getting your stuff in and out is painless. You pull your car inside, they have several carts available for you to use, and there's a large elevator. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Our 1st months rent was $1, which was amazing. Everytime we stop by to access our unit, this facility is amazingly clean. Access devices are easy to use and access. My daughters love inputting the codes. We recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a unit.

Great customer service. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, eager to help in all your storage needs. This is also the cleanest facility I have ever seen. We were there around 4:45 one evening and they were cleaning the floors. Pristine!!! Shine like glass. And all units are the same. Extremely clean. Safe too. Well lit, secure access. Highly recommend over all other storage facilities.

We were looking for a great place to store our stuff during a move and Rocket Storage had just finished their indoor climate controlled location! We were pleased with every aspect of the transaction and professionalism. They even alerted us after a recent delivery of our items to storage, that we needed to fix our lock as we had not locked the door all the way. I have never had a storage place take as great care of us! Highly recommend renting with them!

I couldn't be more pleased with the location, staff, and overall experience working with Rocket Storage Location #2. Signing up with them was a breeze and they walked me through every possible scenario for my storage needs. The property is beautiful, safe, and well maintained. Working with Ryan and Angelina is a seamless and enjoyable process. I feel like I'm in the loop, even from afar in the Virgin Islands. They keep me updated with texts and emails and are available to me if I have any questions at all. I would highly recommend their services and this location.

Love this place. Love that i can drive in and park when bringing stuff in or taking stuff out and don't have to worry about getting wet if its raining. Clean elevators and sanitizing area to clean the push carts before and after use. Office staff is also very pleasant and helpful if you have questions. Just a great place

Rocket storage is amazing. The units are spacious, the facility is clean and the staff is awesome. Top of the line security. There's plenty of room for large moving trucks to pull in and load and unload indoors. If I need storage again in the future, hands down it will be Rocket. Highly recommend!

Thanks!When looking online, it may appear that the storage spaces need to be reserved or that you may need to be placed on a waiting list but don't go by that, give them a call or shoot an email instead. They've always answered when I've called and responded to emails quickly. During the COVID-19 pandemic (and perhaps at any time), if you prefer no/minimal contact they offer options for that.The facility is very nice, clean, secure, in a convenient, safe area and they also have video monitoring. The storage unit I rented was a 10x25 climate controlled that I could drive up to, but they also have larger/smaller spaces both climate-controlled and not.I've rented from several storage facilities while moving in the past and these guys were, by far, the best! I highly, highly recommend!

Great new storage location in Oldham County. I was able to get a unit on their drive-thru lane and do not have to worry about loading or unloading in the weather. It is a great new space and the staff is also very nice and professional. Also, it is a very easy and quick process getting signed up. Would recommend if looking for storage in the area.
